About Cariad y Mor

Cariad y Mor is a delightful, mid terrace house, in the seaside village of Broad Haven, just a short walk from its beautiful golden sandy beach, shops, pub and restaurants.

Thoughtfully renovated throughout to a high standard, it is deceptively spacious and comfortably furnished, in a bold, bright contemporary style which makes it a welcoming retreat. The open plan living space with comfy leather sofas is perfect for relaxing; enjoy the partial sea view from the bi-fold doors that open onto modern Eco decking with glass and stainless steel balustrade, a sheltered sun trap where you can enjoy an alfresco meal anytime of the day, a further decked patio catches the morning sun.

From the lounge, 2 steps lead down to a stylish, modern, fitted kitchen. Open tread wooden stairs from the lounge take you to the bedrooms above; the double room offers sea views over the rooftops to the bay beyond.

The communal front patio catches the morning sun, while the play park at the end of the cul-de-sac gives plenty of space for children to play. Spend your days on the beach or why not take up a water sport activity, there are plenty on offer at the hire shop. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and explore this wonderful coastline or at low tide walk round the headland to the picturesque cove of Little Haven where there is a further choice of restaurants and pubs to try.

A wonderful holiday home whatever the season.

Liane, Mandy and Jako the dog.

Yet another lovely stay in your home, everything perfect even the weather, loved the walks - Jako has had his legs walked off this holiday! Best walk this time was Bosherston Lily Ponds - highly recommend the 6 mile walk from the ponds across the cliffs to Barafundle Bay on to Stackpole Quay where there is a cafe for drinks and snacks, then across fields back to the Lily Ponds. Thank you again for letting us use your lovely home.

The Harrisons

Great fun had by grown ups, children and Dotty the dog! Thanks again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent accommodation, you have thought of everything we might need. The little touches were appreciated. It was great to put the babies to bed and enjoy a nightcap on the decking to the sound of the ocean. Many thanks.

Simone, Gareth and the girls

An absolute gem of a house, everything we needed and more. Was lovely to have morning tea on the deck, listening to the birds and watching the sun glint on our tantalising view of the sea, such a short stroll away. A really great living space, perfect for our family and such a high quality finish. Thank you, Simone, Gareth and our girls.

The Hopkinson Family

Beautiful house. Beautiful area and bay. Home is very welcoming. So, so clean not a finger print to be found. Every domestic wish is catered for and all so well kept for a holiday home. Information pack was detailed and informative - wifi was a massive bonus! DVDs and games were brilliant for the boys. Every day spent on Broad Haven beach rockpooling (looking for nemo) and building countless sandcastles. So lovely to have a beach where the dogs are so welcome and there is so much space to play on. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

The Harrison Family

Thank you for providing such a lovely and welcoming home from home - we have had a fantastic week playing one the beach, making sandcastles, rock pooling and kite flying! Also rented kayaks from Haven Sports (beach front) and had a fabulous time. Can really recommend the boat trips from Tenby if you fancy exploring. Folly Farm and Blue Lagoon remain favourites with our children. Thanks again.

Gemma, Phil, Ted, Ben and Olly the dog!

Great home - really well stocked with all the family needs. Kids loved the bedroom and the DVDs and games. We've done lots of rockpooling and body boarding. Great meals at Little Haven (The Castle) and Solva (The Harbour Inn). Fabulous coastal walks especially Marloes - Martins Haven, Skomer - saw lots of seals and a few pups on the beaches - beautiful! Marloes Sands is a must! Also Druisdtone - quirky bar, restaurant and tea room - loved it! Thanks again.

The Tooke Family

Came over for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Had a great time, everyone was very friendly. Our new dog, Tilly, made loads of new friends! We'll be back in November hopefully - lovely house! Thank you

Brian and Sue

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Suited our requirements adequately.

The Wellington's

An amazing few days with almost wall to wall blue skies! Lovely home to spend some time in, everything one needs and more. If you love wild birds, it is really worthwhile going to the Lily Ponds at Bosherston. Buy a packet of wild bird seed and if you're patient the birds will feed from your hand at this time of year - we had Robin, Blue Tit and Great Tit - and the nearby Broadhaven South is quite stunning!

Jan, Bren and the dogs, Pickle and Harvey.

A lovely early spring weekend! Thanks for such a great place. This has been home from home for the last few days. Can recommend The Harbour Inn at Solva if you're looking for a 'proper pub'!

Jeff and Petra

Many thanks for our 'mini break'. We're sorry we didn't book for longer! Nice and clean with everything that we needed. For days of sunshine! We hope to return soon.
